Typically golf is a sport for the middle class and upper class. However, golf deals can be found on equipment if the consumer looks hard enough. Although the equipment may not be ideal, the price will be right.

One way to find golf deals is to purchase used equipment. Used golf packages can be found on the Internet. In addition, used and refurbished golf balls can also be purchased.

Golf deals will likely be found this Christmas season because of the slumping economy. Retail sales of upscale products fell by double digits in October 2008. This has left stores scrambling to sell product and slashing prices by as much as 40 percent according to the New York Times.
